Mazda 6e 2025 – Unleashing the Power of Electrification

Mazda will introduce their inaugural full-electric car in Europe – the 2025 6e. Based on China’s Changan Automobile Deepal SL03 (known as EZ-6 in China), this mid-sized electric sedan promises to be both fun and stylish.

This EV offers two battery options, both providing 297 miles WLTP range and capable of being DC fast-charged to provide 10% top up in 22 minutes or fully charged to 80% in eight hours.

Authentic Modern Design

Mazda has made its mark in the electric vehicle market with their 6e, which stands out with its eye-catching exterior and smart cabin, all while emphasizing driving experience. Although a battery electric vehicle (BEV), this model boasts 258hp permanent-synchronous electromotor powering rear wheels combined with 68.8kWh battery pack that offers 479 km WLTP range.

The Kodo Soul of Motion design philosophy can be seen on display through its front fascia. With flowing lines and bold features that give this car a strong presence, its low roofline and short deck silhouette create a sporty aesthetic, and when in acceleration or braking mode its dynamic spoiler becomes visible at the rear of the car. Inside there is also a 14.6-inch central touchscreen touchscreen supporting voice/gesture control as well as six ‘Smart Modes’ to adjust multiple functions at once; such as Rest Mode to reduce power consumption or Car Wash Mode to recharge battery faster – these modes work at improving car ownership experience overall.

Jinba Ittai

Mazda designed its 6e to be as natural and unobtrusive as possible, and I found its show car I drove was much nicer inside than some premium rivals with suede-like materials and an all-encompassing panoramic roof.

Mazda has long taken pride in creating cars that encourage driver and machine to work together as one, known as Jinba Ittai. That philosophy can be seen embodied in the 6e with its distinct front fascia and small illuminated rhombs serving as DRLs to provide charging status at a glance.

Mazda hopes that with the launch of the 6e, they are looking to stand out in an increasingly crowded and competitive midsize BEV market. But its success depends on more than driving performance or looks; customers must easily connect with and interact with their vehicle; therefore strong brand identities and smart features play an integral part.

Smart Functions

Mazda’s entry into the European electric saloon market will be made by way of the Mazda 6e in 2025. Based on China’s Changan EZ-6 BEV – debuted last year – but with different paintwork, name, and electromotive components installed.

It features nine airbags as standard equipment, as well as the company’s i-Activesense suite of advanced driver assistance systems, such as emergency lane keeping, front and rear collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition and more. An interior camera monitors rear seats to alert drivers when children remain seated when exiting.

Mazda 6e stands out with its distinctive driving experience, thanks to its electric vehicle (EV) powertrain. Smooth acceleration and quiet operation is ensured thanks to multi-link suspension with perfect 50:50 weight distribution; creating an enjoyable sporty driving experience whether navigating busy city streets or highways.

Unleash the Power of Electrification

Mazda’s 6e electric sedan promises cutting-edge technology with their signature driving experience. Based on the Chinese EZ-6 BEV, its European variant boasts 248hp motor powering to rear wheels through a 68.8kWh LFP battery or opt for long range model with 241hp engine and 80 kWh LFP battery for 373 miles of range WLTP driving range.

Mazda’s battery is composed of recycled materials and their goal is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2035 through green manufacturing practices. Along with being eco-friendly, Mazda is providing advanced safety features like i-Activsense suite and G-Vectoring Control Plus that enhance cornering stability by subtly adjusting torque – giving drivers peace of mind while on the road! Plus you don’t have to stress over finding charging stations anymore!
